Duramen Prize Tourney For March 27, 2003 Winner: Kristopher of Duramen Comments: What a great turnout for the first of many Duramen Prize Tournies. We had seven fighters, inspirations, volunteers, and a nice dry night to fight out from under the cover. A special note of thanks to HL Bridgette (forgive me if I butcher names here) for heralding the tourney and Lady Alyna for her first list mistress experience. All seemed to have a good time. Treats were available for all as well as favors for those that fought and those that helped with the tourney. I would also like to thank all the fighters for coming out (will list) and their inspirations that were able to be with them. The tourney was attended by Joseph McGregor, Richard Dragun, Conner MacEoin, Archos Cedric Wlfraven, Kristopher of Duramen, Michael O Comhdhain, and myself. HE Earl Sir Strider had work decide for him that he needed to be elsewhere. The winner of the tourney was Terri with her champion being Kristopher of Duramen. The prize for this tourney was a sword length piece of rattan and tape for the champion and a box of chocolates for the winner. I would like to hold a prize tourney on April 30th and May 28th. Both of these dates are the Wednesdays before Mayfaire and Junefaire and will be held during Dragon's Laire's fight practice at Waterfront Park in Silverdale.
