Raven Blackheart

The story of Raven Blackheart (sometimes known as Raven the Rogue) is a bit sketchy as there aren't many historical documents which refer to him directly.

The best we can tell is that he was probably a minor highwayman or brigand from the early 1400s. Though there no records of him ever being prosecuted the impression is that he was not really very adept at his chosen profession.

Raven seemed far more skilled at public relations having built tales around himself which made him appear greater than even the Dread Pirate Roberts. Some tales have even established him as two separate pirate captains.

What the tales universally tell us of Raven is that he had some skill with a rapier and a dry wit that lacked the edge his blade held.
